Only Five Loaves

For three weeks Jesus has been telling stories about the kingdom of heaven. Today he steps out of the boat and shows us what it looks like for a grieving Savior, a hungry crowd of thousands, a handful of bread, and a God who takes what little we bring and makes it more than enough. This sermon invites us to stop counting what we lack and start offering what we have.
